hi tt, very sweet looking truffles, well done !
Can you enlighten me why need to add pepper and vinegar to the strawbeeries ?
jc
jc,
the pepper and vinegar helps brings out the taste of the strawberries. You can do without the vinegar but the pepper is a must! :)
Do you know how to make these?

anonymous,
are you asking for a recipe or just want to know how it's made? It's made with glutinous rice flour, sugar, mung beans, coconut, sesame seeds, and deep fried in hot oil.
Both, please.
I already told you how it's made, I'll post the recipe when I have more time on my hands....which will be at least sometime next week.
