My Vietnamese friends in Australia introduced me to Vietnamese food and since then it has been an ongoing love affair. I really love your authentic Vietnamese recipies, and am definitely going to try this out this week.

Does anyone know a recipe for com ga nuong- the one that uses spiced sherry? I've just can't seem to get it right on my own and haven't found a good recipe either. Thanks.
