hi tt, very sweet looking truffles, well done !
ReplyDeleteCan you enlighten me why need to add pepper and vinegar to the strawbeeries ?
jc
jc,
ReplyDeletethe pepper and vinegar helps brings out the taste of the strawberries. You can do without the vinegar but the pepper is a must! :)
Do you know how to make these?

anonymous,
ReplyDeleteare you asking for a recipe or just want to know how it's made? It's made with glutinous rice flour, sugar, mung beans, coconut, sesame seeds, and deep fried in hot oil.
Both, please.
ReplyDeleteI already told you how it's made, I'll post the recipe when I have more time on my hands....which will be at least sometime next week.
