ReplyDeleteHey, I'm a vegetarian and I saw the delicious food you made! I wish I can cook like that! How you did it??? Do you think you can teach me some recipes?
ReplyDeleteJanny,
ReplyDeleteyou're back and just in time for new years!
The vegetarian is for about 30 people. I’m not sure what the last one is called; it’s a Hakka style recipe that has been passed down for generations. The strange thing is although its ‘vegetarian’ it calls for dried oysters! Eating oysters or anything that does not contain red blood is considered vegetarian in Hakka I guess. Strange huh?
Anonymous,
Recipes will be posted in the next few days, stay tuned!
Templegirl,
What kind of vegan are you? Do you eat garlic, onions and such?
It's indeed alot of food :) Nice tho! Reminds me that my mom also cooks vegetarian food on the first day of CNY every year, I followed her footsteps too for this yr's CNY!
