Sương Sa Lá Dứa Nước Dừa (Pandan and Coconut Jelly)

To make the lotus design:

-Cut Jelly into thin strips after it sets.
-Cut the strips at an angle to get diamond shaped pieces.
-Arrange the diamond cut jelly to make a flower.
