Thịt Nướng Satế Mã Lai (Satay)

  1. hhmm...from the pic the satay looks a lil dry. Try the concertina folding for ur meat. I meant zig zag the meat when u skewer them and do add a lil fat to keep them moist.....

  2. thanks for the tip. :) The meat was a little dry because I was afraid to brush on the coconut milk while grilling as the recipe instructed (was afraid the coconut will over power the other spices). I think the sauce was a bit too thick....what do you think?
